Shipping:
If there is a defect in a product after 30 days, the manufacturer warranties the product, and we will be glad to pass on the contact information to the manufacturer. If there is an error in shipping, such as we shipped a different item than you ordered, we will reship the correct piece to you at no charge upon receipt of the wrong unit.
Return Goods Policy:
We always stand behind our merchandise and will refund on a non-custom item, if you decide to return a product for reasons such as:
1. Did not like it
2. Cannot use it
Then we will exchange the product for another product of equal value, and the only charge you will incur is the return shipping. Returns of this kind will be processed as long as the product is unopened and unused. Returns for cash or credit card credit will incur a 10% restocking fee.
On items returned after thirty days, we reserve the right to refuse, accept the return, or to charge a restocking fee.
Damaged Goods Policy:
Claims of damaged goods or shortages must be made immediately upon receipt of shipment.
GUNS & SHIPPING:
We will endeavor to update the availability of specific items promptly. However, it is possible, merchandise appearing to be in stock, is no longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you of the sold-out items by email.
Please note that firearms indicated as Dealer or Resident Only must be shipped to a federally licensed dealer. Shipping charges are $40.00 for handguns and $30.00 for long guns - this is a PER ITEM CHARGE. On small parts, the shipping starts at $9.00.
